A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee plant quality systems and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves training teams, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to achieve food safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a strong background in food science and excellent leadership skills.
This role is responsible for supervising and maintaining the plant's Quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. The focus areas include achieving facility Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) KPI's through corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Flexibility for various shifts is required.
Physical Requirements
Occasional activities for up to 1/3 of working hours include keyboard use, standing, and exerting minimal force. Limited movement from workstation for brief periods.

Salary Range: $77,800 - $97,300
Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility.
