This role is responsible for supervising and maintaining the plant's Quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. It focuses on achieving facility Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) KPI's through corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Support site auditing programs to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, GMP standards, Kraft Heinz requirements, and laws.
• Ensure FSQ principles are maintained through audits, reporting, and process controls.
• Support the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and operational standards.
• Train and lead QA and Production teams to meet program goals.
• Review and approve change control procedures, including HACCP plans and Agile change requests.
• Maintain plant KHMS compliance and facilitate certification processes.
• Ensure action plans for FSQ/KPI/MBO are on track.
• Support inspections and regulatory visits, prepare reports, and respond to non-conformances.
• Review process change requests and facilitate root cause analysis.
• Manage documentation and dispositioning of products.
• Participate in validation studies for CCPs and other controls.
• Assist in equipment startup, ensuring quality and safety procedures are followed.
• Promote Food Safety Culture across the site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in quality or production in food manufacturing settings.
• Education or experience in Food Science, Production, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems, procedures, and statistical processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative measures.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Work Environment & Schedule

Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery. Must be able to work shifts, including days and other shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

Includes activity for up to 1/3 of working hours, such as standing and limited exertion. This description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $77,800 - $97,300. Performance bonus, health coverage, wellbeing programs, and other benefits are provided.
