Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Carrollton, TX is seeking an onsite Quality Supervisor to drive product quality on the plant floor. You will partner with the Quality Manager and work closely with Operations to lead inspectors and technicians to meet customer and internal standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, fluency in Spanish, and a quality engineering/management degree. Expect strong GMP/CGMP and HACCP knowledge, audits, and continuous improvement leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking Spanish is required.
• Degree in quality engineering/quality management or equivalent.
• Strong GMP/CGMP/BRCGS knowledge and food safety programs (HACCP).
• Experience leading audits and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality strategies aligned with plant goals and company standards.
• Lead internal, customer and third‑party audits and maintain compliance.
• Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CAPA
• Define product specifications, control plans, and validation processes.
• Implement monitoring systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead HACCP programs and ensure material and finished goods safety.
• Develop and coach the quality team; partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
