The Sterling Choice is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Supervisor for a well-established food manufacturer in the Burlington, IA area. This role focuses on building a culture where safety and quality are woven into daily operations.

You will oversee the day-to-day quality function, work closely with production to maintain high standards, and influence site performance through audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing and solid understanding of food safety systems.
• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, PCQI, audits, and corrective action processes.
