Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations in a highly regulated food manufacturing environment. You will oversee a team including two supervisors, four team leads, and about 40 laboratory professionals, driving a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading site quality and food safety programs, managing labs and quality systems, and supporting SQF audits while ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Experience leading quality teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs.
• SQF experience is a plus.
• Laboratory management experience.
• Knowledge of microbiology and analytical testing methods.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This leader will oversee a team of 2 supervisors, 4 team leads, and approximately 40 laboratory professionals while driving a strong culture of quality, food safety, employee development, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

What We\'re Looking For

• Food manufacturing experience required
• Experience leading quality teams in a regulated manufacturing environment

• SQF experience, if you had audit experience that is a plus
• Laboratory management experience

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience from food, beverage, ingredient, nutrition, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
