G.S. Precision in Brattleboro, VT seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality control, audits, and remediation plans.

You will lead internal and supplier audits, monitor metrics, maintain documents, and ensure conformance to customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement and a safe, efficient workplace. This role requires 5+ years of quality experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. On-site work with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to use measurement devices and read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day quality control for the facility.
• Facilitate internal, external and customer audits; prepare remediation plans.
• Lead internal quality investigations and close out non-conformances.
• Maintain quality manuals, policies, instructions, and forms.
• Review customer paperwork prior to shipment; generate reports for management.

Quality Supervisor

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day quality control function of the facility.
• Facilitate internal, external and customer audits. Generate remediation plans and responses for audits and submit for approval.
• Facilitate internal and external audits. Generate remediation plans and responses for audits and submit for approval.
• Perform internal spot audits at regular intervals.
• Lead all internal quality investigations.
• Generate and revise all quality related documents. Quality Manual, Policy, Instructions, and forms.
• Responsible for investigating and closing out non-conformances within the quality system.
• Maintain metrics and provide ongoing reports for Management Team.
• Maintain document control and management system.
• Review of required customer paperwork prior to shipment.

Skills:

• Ability to use various measurement and inspection devices.
• Ability to interpret customer blueprints and specifications.
• Able to fill out company inspection and production documents.
• Basic Math Skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• SPC experience
• 5+ years of Quality experience
• Computer skills, manufacturing software, MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, strong follow up
• Sense of urgency, initiative
