G.S. Precision, a Brattleboro, VT-based manufacturer of critical aerospace/defense components, seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality control, document control, and investigations on-site. You will lead internal and customer audits, and ensure compliant remediation actions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience operating measurement/inspection devices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day quality control function of the facility.
• Facilitate internal, external and customer audits; generate remediation plans and responses.
• Lead internal quality investigations and close out non-conformances.
• Maintain metrics and provide reports for Management Team.
• Maintain document control and the quality management system.
