Job description

100% remote - EST, Central time would be the best time zone

6 Months contract with opportunity of extension or conversion

Pay rate $50 per hour on W2

Responsibilities include preparing customer notification letters for field action distribution, coordinating customer communications across various teams, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Position Competencies:

  1. Knowledge & Key Skills: Perform other duties as assigned.
  2. Essential Qualifications/Education: [Specify qualifications]
  3. Essential Previous Experience: 2 to 4 years in GMP or ISO quality system manufacturing environment

Main Duties:

  1. Partner with field action teams and global quality to meet objectives
  2. Draft clear emails to internal and external stakeholders
  3. Update customer information using various systems
  4. Monitor and reconcile customer notifications and responses
  5. Coordinate responses to customer inquiries with relevant teams
  6. Maintain electronic records for traceability
  7. Inform and monitor field modifications, providing feedback
  8. Provide weekly status updates

Other Duties:

  • Provide data on customer notification distribution as needed
