Qualifications

• Understanding of Control Plans, FMEA, Flow Diagrams and In-Process Inspection.
• Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, Gauge R&R and gage use.
• Ability to work a daily schedule and support multiple manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain quality and engineering documentation for the QMS.
• Provide guidance to production on part inspection procedures.
• Lead or participate in MRB reviews and product containment.
• Perform CMM operation and part verification as needed to support quality system.
• Conduct weld/assembly validation and PPAP activities.
• Support internal and external problem solving and corrective action processes.
• Act as liaison at customer sites when required to resolve quality concerns.
