Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking a Quality Specialist in Savannah, GA. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement changes across launches. The role includes audits, inspections, and developing strategies to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong analytical and communication skills. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 familiarity is required.

• Technical skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for quality issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Train manufacturing personnel on quality standards.
• Implement procedures to evaluate compliance with customer requirements.
• Develop measurement systems for supplier performance.
• Address quality concerns with stakeholders.
• Administer Supplier PPAP and perform audits.
• Inspect manufacturing processes and materials for compliance.
• Maintain KPI goals and follow quality policies.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to company practices.
