Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Quality Specialist in Odessa, TX to perform inspection processes and ensure products meet quality specifications. You will complete reports, maintain safety standards, and work a night shift on a rotating schedule.

Requirements include ESP experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; English communication is essential. Expect a base pay of $20/hr with a $3/hr shift differential, and a 11-on/3-off schedule.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of ESP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex and intricate inspection processes.
  • Follow effective guidance for nightly inspection goals.
  • Verify equipment meets quality specifications. Identifying defects in parts, approving or rejecting items.
  • Complete inspection reports, related paperwork, and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality standards set forth by the company.
  • Identifying ongoing quality issues and prevent potential production issues and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements;encourage action assuring safe behavior;confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
  • Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual.
  • Work nights, 3:00 P.M. – 3:00 A.M. Or work is completed, on a rotating basis.

Job Location: Odessa, TX, 79763

Pay Rate: $20/hr. + ($03: 00/hr. Shift differential)

Shift timings: 11 ON / 3 OFF 3PM - 3AM

What You Will Do:
  • Perform moderately complex and intricate inspection processes
