Gunnebo Group is seeking a Quality Specialist to develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and quality documentation for manufacturing processes. You will participate in continuous improvement, map processes, and analyze data to reduce defects and cycle times.

The role requires 1–2 years in quality control, strong documentation skills, and the ability to implement corrective actions while adhering to safety policies. U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in quality control or manufacturing.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
• Proven data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methods.
• Able to create and maintain Visual SOPs.

The Quality Specialist focuses on creating work instructions and is detail‑oriented and highly organized, with a natural ability to break down complex tasks into clear, logical steps. They communicate with clarity and precision, collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand workflows. Their curiosity and process‑minded approach help them identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, while their patience and thoroughness ensure accuracy in every document they produce.
