Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the functional area.
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supporting inspection methods, test plans or quality processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for support and development of appropriate test methods and inspection plans.
• Complete assessment and disposition inventory of non-conforming product.
• Work with product inspection to support first-time execution of inspection methods & plans.
• Support and perform Measurement System Analysis and Gage R&R’s.
• Participate in, and complete actions in support of problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality team with task responsibility. This will involve modeling and detailing inspection prints, contributing individually and within cross-functional teams, and general project support. They will be a self-starter, have a hands-on approach in performing their work duties, and be able to work independently. This position will help EXALTA maximize the amount of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
