Job summary

UltraPress in Farmers Branch, TX is hiring a Screen Print Catcher for our brand-new climate-controlled facility. You will be the final quality checkpoint before garments are packed and shipped, catching items off the conveyor dryer and inspecting for quality.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, dependable attendance, and teamwork. You will count, pack, and ship orders and communicate quality concerns to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the custom apparel industry and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable using shipping software and printing shipping labels.

Responsibilities

• Catch garments as they come off the conveyor dryer.
• Inspect printed garments for quality, including print placement and color consistency.
• Count and pack completed orders.
• Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors.
• Assist other departments as needed.
