Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Quality Sanitation Specialist to join our Utah team. You will ensure sanitation across production lines while upholding safety and quality standards and driving continuous improvement daily.

You will collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to maintain robust routines, coach staff, and manage 24/7 operations with a focus on minimizing losses and delivering reliable beverage production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification preferred
• 2+ years progressive experience in production, maintenance, and/or quality operations
• 4+ years manufacturing experience with HS diploma/GED or 2+ years with Bachelor's/technical certification
• Knowledge of data analytics and KPIs for manufacturing systems
• Ability to manage issues for a 24/7 operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provides 24-hour accountability meeting sanitation requirements for fillers, external foaming, and plant cleanliness.
• Gathers and inputs data for sanitation processes and losses; helps create action plans to reduce losses.
• Key player on the Quality Structure Team implementing 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and standards.
• Owns the DMS processes in sanitation for CL’s, CIL’s, Changeovers, and Defect Handling.
• Develops and communicates CIP, cleaning, and labor schedules for the sanitation team and plans for next 24 hours.
• Provides development and coaching to team members to build performance-driven culture.
• Performs other duties as assigned
