Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Quality Sanitation Specialist to lead 24/7 sanitation operations, emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Quality and Production to sustain robust routines, allocate resources, and drive 24-hour action plans.

You will coach teams, manage sanitation processes, and coordinate CIP schedules with a focus on reducing losses. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's or technical certification

Formación

• Knowledge of data analytics and KPIs for measuring manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provides 24-hour accountability for sanitation requirements across shifts.
• Collaborates with Quality and Production teams to ensure robust routines and coaching across shifts.
• Develops and communicates 24-hour action plans to eliminate losses and ensure safety and quality.
• Owns sanitation processes including changeovers, CL/CILs, and defect handling in the sanitation area.
• Creates and communicates cleaning, CIP, and labor schedules for the sanitation team.
