Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a QA & Sample Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance and Sample Production workflow in our Fayetteville manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a technical, engineering, or business field preferred; Associate's degree (AA) required.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of quality control or assurance management experience in an automated, high-volume manufacturing environment; prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of the home textile manufacturing sector preferred; familiarity with sewing machinery operations and raw fiber dynamics is highly valued.
• Proficient with textile lab testing equipment, micrometers, product sizing gauges, and inspection instrumentation; MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong grounding in ISO 9001 frameworks, RCA, lean manufacturing principles, and standardized testing parameters.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Quality Assurance and Sample departments to meet organizational benchmarks.
• Supervise the Quality Supervisor and delegate daily routines for hourly QA inspectors and Sample staff.
• Oversee auditing of Receiving, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods inspections.
• Manage CSA audit processes and act as facility authority when Director is absent.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and establish control metrics and continuous improvement cycles.
• Supervise new product launches and ensure vendor compliance rules are followed.
• Evaluate sample workflows from intake to dispatch and ensure proper documentation and timelines.
• Address Non-Conforming Materials and coordinate with plant leadership to resolve CQI issues.
• Conduct random product testing to prevent compliance penalties and vendor charges.
• Ensure safe work environment and enforce PPE and housekeeping standards.
