Job summary

Cec-Controls-Company-Inc seeks a Quality, Health, & Safety Leader to design, implement, and continually improve Health & Safety programs, EMS, and QMS. The role ensures regulatory and customer compliance while supporting operational excellence, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality management within manufacturing or related industries.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and CSIA standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Internal Auditor certification or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs (HSEQ).
• Lead audits, investigations, and CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and CSIA certifications and related documentation.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, surveillance, and certification activities.
• Monitor quality and environmental performance metrics; prepare management reports.
• Support customer quality inquiries, supplier quality initiatives, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement to reduce defects and risks.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulators as needed.
• Lead management reviews and strategic planning related to quality, safety, and environment.
