Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL and data querying.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and improve surveillance programs for patient safety, customer feedback and reporting platforms.
• Defines indicators and measurements; determines data sources, warehousing and reporting for patient safety events.
• Participates in requirements gathering and analysis; uses SQL and data tools to collect, manage and present data.
• Supports governance teams and assists in production of presentations and documentation.
