Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Room Inspector for the Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. This full-time, year-round role focuses on inspecting rooms and public areas, ensuring all linens and amenities meet quality standards, and supporting housekeeping with training and leadership.

Responsibilities include reporting daily to the Executive Housekeeper, maintaining safety compliance, and assisting with equipment and supply management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year minimum experience as a room inspector in hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate leadership and organization.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred; onboarding includes background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify in-room electronics and amenities are functioning; report issues to maintenance.
• Oversee annual deep cleaning and inventory processes; ensure timely completion.
• Assist management in supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating training.
