Job summary

Bridges Health in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Quality Manager (RN or LPN) for a long-term care facility. The role focuses on improving residents' quality of life by implementing a standardized quality management program.

The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma RN or LPN license, current First Aid and CPR, and experience with EMR and LTC settings. You will coordinate external oversight visits and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and POPES.
• Experience with EMR and LTC/Hospice/Home Health.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a standardized quality management plan.
• Establish tracking systems for quality improvement activities.
• Ensure monitoring of high risk, high volume and unusual events.
• Design methods for preventive care and health care evaluations.
• Coordinate external programmatic oversight visits and corrective actions.
