Job summary

Bridges Health is seeking a Quality Manager (RN or LPN) in Stillwater, OK to lead quality initiatives in a long-term care facility. The role focuses on developing standardized quality plans, monitoring programs, and improving patient outcomes. RN or LPN license with EMR experience is required.

Candidate must pass background checks and POPES, and bring strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. We welcome experienced RNs and LPNs who value care excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass POPES.
• Experience with EMR.
• Experience with LTC, LTAC, Hospice, or Home Health.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a standardized quality management plan and program.
• Establish tracking/monitoring systems for quality improvement.
• Monitor high risk, high volume and unusual events.
• Design/preventive care methodologies and health care evaluations.
• Coordinate external oversight visits and corrective action plans.
