Endeavor Health is seeking a Quality Review Sterile Processing Tech – Sterile Processing for a mid-shift role in Elmhurst, IL. This full-time position focuses on maintaining compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, AORN, and local standards while supporting instrument management and staff training.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CSPDT or CRCST certification, and at least 2 years of sterile processing experience, with potential travel to other Endeavor Health locations.

Qualifications

• Education and certifications as listed (CSPDT or CRCST).
• Minimum 2 years of health care sterile processing experience.
• Experience in project management and staff education.

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily operational compliance with standards from The Joint Commission, OSHA, AORN, AAMI and applicable local laws.
• Assists in coordinating staff education, training and orientation through one-on-ones, huddles, meetings and in-services.
• Maintains instrument trays/sets, instruments and supplies; supports inventory and implementation.
• Keeps instrument count sheets accurate and revises as needed.
• Analyzes reported data and recommends improvements.
• Identifies staff educational needs and develops programs.
