Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Quality Review Specialist to support the NA DSP Performance Ops Team. The role conducts quality reviews, investigations, and data-driven improvements to elevate DSP performance and Last Mile operations.

The position requires strong analytical skills, comfort with SOPs, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Base responsibilities include monitoring performance, presenting findings to leadership, and driving scalable solutions across the DSP network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Amazon experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Completes quality reviews for complex work streams.
• Adheres to SOPs and uses Amazon tools for high-judgement investigations.
• Performs root-cause analysis and data-driven process improvements.
• Escalates trends and pain points in processes.
• Participates in SOP improvements, training, and tech implementation.
• Presents operational call-outs to leadership during reviews.
• Monitors safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to enable DSPs and Last Mile operations.
