As an on-site intern, you will collaborate with engineering teams, perform RCA, and document best practices while supporting production and lab environments. This role emphasizes data-driven problem solving and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
• Experience or strong interest in problem-solving methodologies and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and trend tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and field-level problem-solving to address supplier quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and reduce failures.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate failure modes.
• Collaborate with Solar and Storage engineering to implement design improvements.
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and plan improvements.
• Document technical solutions and best practices to standardize quality improvements.
