Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In healthcare related field, nursing preferred or RN License with 5 years of acute care and/or quality improvement experience.
• Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP), or Joint Commission Certified Professional (CJCP), or obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Within 2 years of hire Certified Healthcare Quality Professional.
• 2 years Acute Care Clinical experience.
• Designing, implementing, and leading clinical outcome improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality regulatory activities and promote operations and continuous improvement across the Alaska Region.
• Maintain relationships and exchange information to support facility performance.
• Travel within the region or for system functions as needed.
