Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field; nursing preferred or RN with 5 years acute care/quality improvement experience.
• Initial or within 12 months: CPHQ, HACP, or CJCP certification.
• Within 2 years: Certified Healthcare Quality Professional.
• At least 2 years acute care clinical experience.
• Experience designing and leading clinical outcome improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and promote continuous improvement across Alaska Region.
• Travel within the region may be required.
• Work under the Regional Director of Quality Regulatory Services.
