Mch Careers is seeking a Quality and Regulatory Compliance Director to oversee program development, implementation and management of quality initiatives, risk management, and patient safety across the hospital district.

The role requires coordinating regulatory surveys, self-reporting, data reporting, and ensuring ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations. The candidate will engage staff and leadership and report results to medical staff, administration, and the Board.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Current RN License in California or ability to obtain CA license within 30 days of hiring.
• CPHQ certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate regulatory surveys and responses.
• Regulatory self-reporting activities and follow-up.
• Quality review reports, investigations and follow-up.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and root cause investigations.
• Investigate and respond to complaints and patient issues.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Oversee committees such as QA, Infection Control, and Compliance.
• Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and related data.
