Summary: In this role, you will support the Emergency Care business by reviewing service reports, identifying and documenting potential product complaints, and ensuring information is accurately captured for regulatory and quality purposes. You’ll partner closely with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams to gather required information, coordinate product returns, support trending and audits, and reinforce complaint reporting expectations.
$24.82 - $33.58 USD Hourly
