Job summary

SCI is seeking a Quality Program Manager – Supplier Quality & Internal Audits in Chesapeake, VA. You will manage supplier qualification, internal audits, and quality system activities across teams, ensuring readiness for customer, regulatory, and accreditation reviews.

You will collaborate with Quality leadership and process owners to monitor supplier performance, drive corrective actions, and promote continual improvement within SCI’s QMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance or auditing.
• Experience leading audits, quality programs, or cross-functional quality activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal audit schedule and plan.
• Coordinate audit scope, criteria, resources, and scheduling with process owners.
• Lead, coordinate, and participate in internal audits.
• Document audit results and ensure corrective actions are tracked.
• Support readiness for external audits (QMS, regulatory, accreditation).
• Promote adherence to ISO 9001 quality principles and QMS improvements.
