Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year of relevant job-specific experience.
• Licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired.
• OPPE experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review the weekly quality management report to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional review meetings with policy owners and department heads.
• Manage meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain professional communication with document owners and executive approvers to guide renewals through the approval lifecycle.
