Compliance Report Analysis: Review the weekly quality management report to proactively identify upcoming or past-due forms, internal policies, and hospital clinical procedures requiring revision, ensuring absolute compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Meeting Coordination: Convene and lead collaborative review meetings with policy owners, department heads, and multidisciplinary hospital staff to systematically execute mandatory documentation updates.
Committee Administration: Manage all aspects of meeting documentation, including building strategic agendas, taking precise, audit-ready meeting minutes, and tracking action items through completion.
Stakeholder Communication & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary quality liaison by maintaining professional, continuous communication with document owners and executive approvers to guide renewals seamlessly through the formal approval lifecycle.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.
Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired
Excellent organization skills, technologically savvy and experience with PolicyStat a plus
Experience with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) is helpful
