Job summary

The role emphasizes analytical work, data reconciliation, and excellent communication to ensure timely patient record handling and claim processing.

The candidate should have strong MS Excel capabilities, healthcare exposure, and the ability to multitask in a high-tech, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and comfort with Excel formulas/tools.
• Experience in a health care environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient visits and claim completion.
• Request and update medical records; maintain 5 Star gap list.
• Inform supervisor of gap list discrepancies.
• Redirect patients in-network and assist with client requests.
• Verify visits and claims; perform patient outreach.
• Cross-train in other quality areas.
