Qualifications

• 6+ years in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years in direct management/supervisory role.
• Good to Strong knowledge in sheet metal fabrication and welding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor quality control technicians.
• Manage daily work assignments and training.
• Support and maintain Quality Management System compliance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of quality tools

Communication with engineers and clients

CMM operation and programming

Education
