Job summary

thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components is seeking a Product and Process Reliability Engineer to drive quality excellence across all plant programs. You will act as the primary quality representative from supplier engagement to final customer satisfaction, leading change and ensuring critical documentation such as control plans and FMEAs are up to date.

Responsibilities include implementing APQP/PPAP, managing change requests, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years in automotive quality.
• Alternatively, 5-7 years direct experience with no degree.
• Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, GD&T.
• Ability to read, write and present technical reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% including international.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality across the entire supply chain, from supplier to customer.
• Develop, maintain, and update Quality documentation (Control Plans, FMEAs, etc.).
• Implement APQP and PPAP processes for new product launches.
• Oversee change requests and quality initiatives; manage risk and changes.
• Lead customer complaint resolution using 8D methodology.
• Drive supplier quality development and performance improvements.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
