Job summary

Label Aid is seeking an experienced Quality & Process Manager to lead quality systems across prepress, printing, finishing, and production. This hands-on leadership role focuses on preventing defects, strengthening process controls, and ensuring customer-approved requirements are carried through every production stage.

You will collaborate with Prepress, Production, Customer Service, Sales, and Management to identify risks, investigate root causes, and implement practical improvements that boost

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality initiatives across print manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of prepress, RIP, and production workflows.
• Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with color management and quality inspection technologies.
• ISO 9001 or similar quality-system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve quality systems across prepress, printing, finishing, and production.
• Develop controls to keep artwork, revisions, and production files accurate throughout manufacturing.
• Improve workflows between MIS, prepress, RIP/DFE, and production equipment to reduce errors.
• Establish and maintain preflight, first-piece approval, in-process inspection, finishing inspection, and final quality procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints, spoilage, internal defects, and recurring issues using root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Monitor quality performance and train staff on quality standards and procedures.
