Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in metallurgy, technology, engineering or related disciplines; advanced technical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in lean manufacturing programs.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, with team development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute policy and strategy for extrusion profiles quality and compliance with customer specs and regulations.
• Lead quality functions: QA systems, product configuration, process/product inspection, test lab certification and calibrations.
• Drive continuous improvement through kaizen events and APQP-based quality planning.
