Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 12+ years of relevant engineering experience; level determined by candidate.
• Willingness to work hands-on with production and maintenance teams; troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production and maintenance teams to safely achieve plant goals while delivering high-quality products.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Lead data-driven problem solving to reduce process variability and improve operations.
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects; support outage planning.
