Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Alternate: 10+ years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, and leadership experience.
• Graduate of Owens Corning’s development program if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Oversee safety initiatives and investigations.
• Manage process control and cost-reduction efforts.
• Ensure product quality, testing, and compliance with standards.
• Train staff on QM and FI pillars and key procedures.
• Engage with sales and warranty teams on claims and root cause analysis.
• Develop business cases for quality-related capital projects.
