WHAT WILL YOU DO

1. Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance/testing, executing diagnostic tests, establishing standards, and confirming adherence to the standards.
2. Apply hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes with quality problems.
3. Lead the application of root cause analysis in problem solving and deviations from standards.
4. Follow up on process capability and participate in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
5. Mentor production operators and team members to improve application of manufacturing standards and reactions to deviations.
