GE Vernova is seeking a QA Engineer to provide repair and engineering process support per approved procedures. The role focuses on improving quality, process efficiency, and CAPA execution in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include developing verification/validation plans, risk analyses, and standard work to ensure regulatory compliance and robust process controls across the site. Collaboration and communication across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years QA Engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance per procedures.
• Develop and improve process effectiveness and site efficiency.
• Create and implement process improvement plans using Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, SPC, 8D.
• Develop verification/validation plans and process flow diagrams.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA actions.
• Develop risk management tools (PFMEA/DFMEA) and mitigation strategies.
• Document procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Support product/process design tasks as assigned by management.
