Problem Solving & Corrective Action

Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis) for internal process driven defects. Ensure timely implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive systemic fixes to prevent recurrence and reduce defect rates.

Zero Defect & Built-In Quality Deployment

Deploy Zero Defect framework principles within the manufacturing cell. Implement Built-In Quality (BIQ) practices, focusing on prevention, error-proofing (Poka-Yoke), and process capability. Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize quality systems and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics teams to improve end-to-end quality.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality OR High School Diploma / GED with 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality
