Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; progressional experience may substitute education.
• At least 7 years of experience related to the job description.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI-driven reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Lead audit programs, SLA governance, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to CMMI, ISO, and organizational quality standards.
• Provide RCA, CAPA, CAR, and defect prevention initiatives across projects.
