Job description

Program Description:

A quality process auditor evaluates GCS & GCMI processes to ensure they meet established quality standards, regulations, and customer expectations. The position is also responsible for inspecting incoming products and leading the customer complaint process.

Essential Job Functions

  • Conducting audits and assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Documenting and reporting audit findings, including any deviations from quality standards.
  • Recommending and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions to address identified quality issues (Internal and External)
  • Conducting audits to Incoming Raw Materials and maintaining a supplier corrective action database.
  • Collaborating with other departments to foster a culture of quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
  • Staying up to date with industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and best practices.

  • Process Auditing Experience – Minimum of 3 years’ experience

  • Able to use measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, measuring tapes
