Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on time.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work off shift hours as necessary.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality plant engineering team to guarantee customer satisfaction and warranty results.
• Attend daily operational meetings with Quality Plant Engineering Manager and teams to address quality issues.
• Lead supplier quality development and cross-functional project meetings.
• Define containment actions to protect customers and avoid escalation.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead corrective action plans.
• Ensure product-process maturity for serial life management and implement standards.
• Drive quality KPI management and continuous improvement actions.
• Escalate issues with senior management as needed.
