Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a supplier quality professional to manage supplier quality for Stellantis plants, drive PPAP approvals of new projects and engineering changes, and lead containment and root‑cause investigations using advanced problem-solving techniques.

You will implement corrective and preventive actions, pursue continuous improvement, conduct supplier audits, and support Purchasing in supplier selection and development, ensuring adherence to automotive quality standards across the supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or similar major).
• A minimum of 5 years of automotive experience.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA2, SPC, MSA, CP).
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Red X, Six-Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership in problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills for presentations at any level of the organization.
• Ability to adapt and be a continuous learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality for Stellantis plants and develop the supply chain quality system.
• PPAP approvals for new projects and engineering changes.
• Coordinate containment activities and root cause investigations using advanced problem‑solving techniques.
• Implement corrective, preventive actions, continuous improvement and action plans in supplier plants.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with Stellantis and automotive industry standards.
• Support Purchasing in investigation and selection of new suppliers.
