Job summary

Broward Health North is seeking a dedicated Quality Support RN to coordinate the medical staff peer review process in support of physician reappointment and clinical quality, aligning with OPPE and FPPE standards.

The role provides operational support to Peer Review Committees, tracks clinical performance indicators, analyzes events requiring peer review, and assists the Quality department in preparing for accreditation surveys and regulatory visits, promoting education, improvement, and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Three years of related experience
• Registered Nurse-LIC

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the medical staff peer review process to support physician reappointment and clinical quality in line with OPPE/FPPE standards.
• Provide operational support for Peer Review Committees to identify and track clinical performance issues and promote education and patient safety.
• Assist in analysis of events requiring peer review and review of medical records as identified by clinical indicators.
