Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate quality, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives across clinical and operational areas.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analyses (RCA), Apparent Cause Analyses (ACA), safety debriefs, and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Analyze quality and safety data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support improvement efforts.
• Coach and collaborate with leaders and interdisciplinary teams on quality improvement, change management, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Support regulatory and accreditation readiness, including surveys, mock tracers, and compliance activities.
• Partner with Risk Management and Patient Relations to identify trends, mitigate risk, and strengthen patient safety.
• Provide leadership and support for peer review processes and the system-wide Peer Support Program.
• Promote a High Reliability and Just Culture through education, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality and safety data to leadership, committees, and frontline teams.

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum$98,051.00 - $112,715.00 - $133,348.00
