Job summary

You will analyze data, educate frontline staff, and help ensure readiness for Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory inspections.

The role emphasizes leading patient safety efforts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving CMS/Leapfrog metrics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• 2 years’ experience in Quality/Patient Safety and regulatory data analysis.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate staff on quality of care and CMS/Leapfrog metrics.
• Coordinate PI/PS/regulatory meetings hospital-wide.
• Identify and mitigate patient safety risks; coach teams.
• Analyze data and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support Joint Commission and CMS inspections and surveys.
• Assist with care transitions and process improvement across units.
