Job summary

You will collaborate with CMOs, CNEs, infection prevention, risk management, and accreditation teams to develop and implement annual Quality plans, monitor performance, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (RN, RPh, health administration, public health, etc).
• Master’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience leading clinical quality and patient safety in a large/complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and direct and coordinate the Quality programs at designated operating unit(s).
• Collaborate with operating unit CMO(s), CNE(s) and system leaders.
• Develop, implement, manage and achieve annual Quality plan and related plans.
• Collaborate in advancing system functions at operating unit, including Risk Management, Infection Prevention, Accreditation/Policy.
• Support and interface with Health System Clinical Collaboratives to advance quality goals.
